Design Agenda has merged locations in the Shops of Oakwood with Cambria Fabric and Design. Located just down from Starbucks and the Oakwood Club.
Design Agenda offers two ways to design your space, either online via the internet or the more tradtional way - one on one. Based on my experience over the past few years I have came to my own conclusion that there are two ways to design a space, one or both can be used during the design process.
The Online Client: The online service caters to clients who are happy doing most of the leg work themselves. I will give you guidance, suggestions and homework to do throughout your project, but you will be responsible for making it happen. This technique appeals to clients because you can benefit from my experience and expertise yet keep control of your design costs. If you are a D.I.Y. (do-it-yourselfer), you will be a perfect fit with this service. You probably know exactly what/where you want something and have a since of style in mind for the space. You are more than likely comfortable with implementing the ideas to fit your own style. This is also a great service for clients that just want to use what they have and need the ideas on where to place the items. Design time starting at $45.00 per hour. The One-On-One Client: This client needs hands on assistance with a designer. Someone to walk along with you as you choose paint colors, furniture and accessories. With Design Agenda you will have several options to choose from. Each one works in your space, it really comes down to what YOU like out of the choices and what best fits you and your lifestyle. Design time starting at $65.00 per hour.
The best thing about these two clients, they both need a designer in one way or another. Some clients just work online and others use both services. Truly, it's what you need and what fits into your schedule. Bret's extensive design experience and expertise started with Lee University in Cleveland TN and has gained invaluable experience through 5 years of working for both Centerville Design Associates and Ethan Allen of Centerville.
